Guidance, step by step
From a recurring thought to your next choice.
In the app, begin with one situation or a need for a pause. Connected questions help you identify what matters, try a small action and decide what you want to keep.
How guidance unfolds
These eight parts are not eight required screens or questions. You do not need to repeat what you have already shared. A pause can begin without analysing the whole story.
How I am now
Notice what is weighing on you or choose a pause. If you wish, note how you feel at the start.
One situation and my thought
Choose a specific moment and the sentence that keeps returning. You do not need to explain everything.
What I know, infer and do not know
Separate what you report happened from your interpretation. Correct the summary if it does not match your words.
What would help me now
Choose clarification, preparation, a pause or support. Your need guides what comes next.
My options and direction
Consider what you want to do: ask, wait, set a boundary or choose no contact for now. Then choose a way of working.
A small attempt
Write your own sentence, rehearse the start of an action or pause with a comfortable point of attention. The exercise uses your answers.
How I feel and how useful it was
Consider feeling and usefulness separately. A useful insight may not bring immediate relief; the same and harder are important answers.
My result and an ending
Review, change, accept or decline what emerged. You can finish, choose another approach or stop without a new task.
An example of connected messages in a guided exercise.
A question that builds on your words.
The choice in this example
I choose a break for this evening. I will decide about the message tomorrow.
What you can take with you
A result is something you recognize as yours: a clearer distinction, a prepared question, a supportive sentence or the experience of a pause.
A reviewed note
Keep only wording that fits. You can change or decline a draft.
A prepared action
You know how you want to begin. A prepared question is not yet a sent message or a completed conversation.
Enough for now
A pause or an ending can be enough. Every thought does not have to disappear.
Your pace and choice
Can I skip a question?
Yes. You can leave out a detail, correct an answer or finish. A general pause does not require a personal story.
What if the approach does not fit?
Stop or change your choice. If it feels harder, you do not need to repeat the same exercise to finish it.
