How we use and keep data.
Browsing, access requests, newsletters and contact have different purposes. Here is what is processed for each action.
Data by purpose
Access request
Email, language, request status and confirmation evidence serve an access invitation. Joining does not create a user account.
Newsletters
Email, language and separate choice evidence are used for explicitly selected newsletters. Confirmation, unsubscribe and suppression are separate from access.
Contact
The reply address, topic and message become a contact case. Data serves processing and replying to the request; content is not used for marketing segments.
Visits and protection
Hosting and network protection process data needed to deliver and secure requests, including IP address and path. A viewed topic may remain in browser history. The website uses no advertising pixels, session replay or behavioural analytics.
Changing choices and exercising rights
Unsubscribe from newsletters through a message link and withdraw an access request separately. Choose Privacy in the contact form to request data access, correction or deletion. Accounts and their history have a separate deletion process.
Separate spaces
SomaInt.si introduces the product. The app processes guidance data under its own explanations. A contact message or update subscription does not open exercise history to Staša or the communications team.
Language and your saved choice
The page address determines its language. Only an explicit menu choice saves the functional __Host-somaint_locale cookie on that host for up to one year. An initial address without a language may use the country code supplied by trusted Cloudflare protection; an unknown country uses English. An IP address is not stored for language selection. This choice is not used for analytics, advertising or profiling.
