Choose what you want to remove.
An app account, access request, newsletter and contact case serve different purposes. Choose the right process for what you want to change or delete.
The right place to delete

| News and access requests | Open the preferences link in the relevant email. Withdraw that request alone or all optional email choices. This does not delete an app account. |
| Website and contact case data | Choose Privacy in the contact form or write to [email protected]. Identify the purpose and address concerned; do not send a password, access code or exercise content. |
| App account | Open deletion help in the app and check the scope before confirming. |
Before confirming account deletion
Use your own access and do not send a secret key through messages. Check the app for rules on associated data, legally retained records and backup periods. Account deletion and cancellation of any subscription may be separate actions.
